U visas for victims of crime

If you were the victim of certain crimes in the United States and helped, or are willing to help, the police or prosecutors, you may be able to apply for a U visa. It can lead to a work permit and, later, permanent residence.

How we can help

  • Reviewing whether the crime and your help to law enforcement may qualify
  • Requesting the law-enforcement certification (Form I-918 Supplement B)
  • Preparing the application, your declaration and waivers if needed
  • Applications for qualifying family members
  • Work permits and, later, permanent residence (green card)
