T visas for survivors of human trafficking
If someone forced, tricked or pressured you into work or sex, you may be able to apply for a T visa, which offers protection and a path to permanent residence. We help survivors in their own language, and we keep what you tell us confidential once we represent you.
How we can help
- Reviewing whether you may qualify for a T visa
- Preparing the application, your declaration and supporting evidence
- Applications for qualifying family members
- Work permits and, later, permanent residence (green card)
- Coordinating with your immigration court case, if you have one
